Thanksgiving Day Exchange Program, also known as “Friends For Dinner”, is an exchange program where international students can join a host family for a traditional Thanksgiving meal on Thanksgiving Day.

Thanksgiving is an important American holiday where families gather for dinner together to celebrate the things they are thankful for. This Thanksgiving, families in San Diego would like to invite students from around the world to share this meal in their home!

Families welcome you and another friend from your university and take you to their home to celebrate Thanksgiving day on November 23. You will share a Thanksgiving meal together and hang out! Our hope is for you to share a special time together and build a friendship!
